with a focus on improving the lives of the juvenile and adult
offenders referred to SOFC by Dekalb County Court System.

mission is to help prepare our disadvantaged adults to
become more productive citizens by providing a working and
learning environment where they feel challenged, respected,
and accountable as they strive to meet the demands of
adulthood.

since, November of 2000 as a non-profit 501(c)(3) Faith Based

Program is certified by the United States Department of Labor,
Employment and Training Administration, Apprenticeship Training,
